In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. My role is not to solve your problems or judge you or the people in your life. Instead, let’s focus on what you can change or control. I will ask questions about yourself, your symptoms, how you currently cope and your therapy goals. If you don’t have goals - we’ll work on that, too. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
